Comfort Inn Columbia - Bush River Rooms

Location, The staff helped change my room since there was an issue in my initial room.

House keeper cam in my room at 734 in am on first night of 2 night stay all homeless all over that have tv remote turn off your TV at 930 pm AC is set knot stay and so it would get cold and then go off and 1hr later come on and get cold again lames were broke will never stay again

Price, decent breakfast, clean sheets, comfortable bed & pillows. Had mini fridge, coffee pots, microwave, blow dryer, iron - also has outdoor pool and fitness room.

10 min drive to Ft Jackson. Front desk was very friendly and willing to answer any questions.

Nothing. Rochies crawling around n the room when lights went out. Had to put all my belongings on bed with me so I didn't take any bugs back with me n my belongings and I didn't sleep the whole time I was there! Unexceptional I want a refund and I will never ever stay at comfort Inn in my life!

It’s very nice and quite area. They make you feel so welcoming as well as your pets.

Rooms were very clean. Staff were friendly and accommodations for my service dog was out standing.

I really liked the location of this hotel, and the hotel felt safe and protected (this is important, as I was traveling alone and arriving late evening). I love that the hotel is dog friendly and there is lots of grassy space available within the hotel grounds to walk the dogs. The room was a good size and clean.

The front desk ladies and Nick were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and the location was near a lot of restaurants and interstate. Bed was nice and comfy.

I was in room 111 I loved it. That's the room I always want when I come.

We liked the close proximity to Ft Jackson Base. For an older hotel, it was kept clean and the staff was very friendly.

The rug looked dirty, especially in the hallways. The staff was very nice, especially helpful was Aidan.

Soft towels, extremely clean, friendly staff who recommended Ms B’s (fabulous food), easily accessible. Cleanest hotel we have been in in years!

The young man at the front desk was very kind.
